Instead of booking one session at a time, you buy a bundle upfront and then schedule your calls as and when you need them.

Do I have to book all my sessions at once?
No. The whole point is that you prepay and then use your sessions over time whenever you need them.
How long do I have to use my bundle?
3-session bundles must be used within 3 months. 5-session bundles must be used within 6 months.
Can I choose between a 30-minute or 1-hour session?
Yes. Power 30s are great for quicker questions and focused support. Power Hours are better for deeper work and implementation.
Can I mix Power 30s and Power Hours in one bundle?
At the moment these are sold as separate bundles.
Who will my calls be with?
Your call will be with either Laura or Alex, depending on what you need help with and who is the best fit.
Will I get a recording?
Yes. You’ll get a recording plus a summary after the session.
What if I need to reschedule?
That’s absolutely fine, but we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may still count as used.
Are bundles refundable?
Bundles are non-refundable once your first session has been used.
