Technology is a minefield. There are too many things to choose from which often means we get overwhelmed or stuck when thinking of solutions.

A Power Hour is a focused session in which we solve one of your problems. This could be anything tech or automation related.

This session is to spend time working ON your business. We will take a hands on approach and physically start implementing changes to your business.

What could you achieve?

Setup Your Email Marketing System

We've setup an email marketing system, including deciding on which system would be best for the customer. Not only did we get the setup done, we even connected it to their CRM system so that when a contact is added to the CRM they are also added to the email marketing system.

Setup an Online Booking System

We work with a lot of coaches who offer 1:1 sessions to their customers. Moving from a paper diary to an online one can be scary. Many customers have got fully setup with an online calendar booking system, including linking it to Zoom, sending automatic emails and automatically detecting when your free!

Make Purchases Go To Your Email Marketing

When someone makes a purchases it's important to make sure you connect it to your email marketing system and/or your CRM.  Would you love follow-up emails and upsells to be sent automatically?

Fixing & Troubleshooting Problems

Any tech issue your having such as one customer couldn't get her automatic email to send.  We figured this out on the call and then even covered some extra parts to make her automations even better.

Connecting Systems

We saved one business 10 hours a week by connecting up their CRM with their email marketing system, google calendar and task lists. Making a booking now took 10 minutes instead of 45 minutes! This is a huge time saver. No more duplicating information over different platforms.

Editing Website Pages

Have a page or website that is outdated and needing some updates? We can make updates to your pages and show you how to do it yourself in the future. Saving you the time trying to figure it out for yourself.
